Cooking class

In between transiting locks today, Jim and I got into a cooking class. We learned how to make Caribbean stuff. Lobster spring rolls, rum pound cake, chicken, prosciutto and banana something or other and avocado soup. Our prize was to enjoy it all (cooked by the Pinnacle chef - ours we weren't allowed to eat thanks to health laws) in the Pinnacle Grill for lunch, along with several healthy-sized glasses of wine.
